These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Montara Education website and your enrollment in our programs. By using this site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the student you represent.
Montara provides college counseling and SAT test-preparation services, described on our website. Specific deliverables, session frequency, and timelines are as described for each program at the time of enrollment.
Enrollment must be completed by a parent, guardian, or an adult student. You agree to provide accurate, current information during enrollment and to keep it up to date.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Montara provides professional guidance, instruction, and support. We do not guarantee any particular admission decision, scholarship, financial-aid result, or standardized-test score. References to past outcomes are illustrative and are not a promise of future results.
To get the most from our services, students and families are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned work, and communicate in good faith. Montara may decline or end service for abusive conduct, non-payment, or repeated missed commitments, consistent with the Refund Policy.
Course materials, curricula, templates, and other content provided by Montara are for the enrolled student’s personal use and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montara’s total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the program at issue. Montara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your enrollment governs that enrollment; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
